I cannot recommend this shop enough. From the very first phone call, I could tell he genuinely cared about helping me and making sure I understood what was going on with my car. Eric walked me through the diagnosis step by step, explained everything clearly and thoroughly, and helped prioritize what actually needed to be done versus what could wait. Rather than trying to replace a bunch of parts unnecessarily, he came up with a thoughtful plan to address the issues in the most practical and honest way possible. Their customer service is absolutely incredible too, and I’ve never felt so informed and at ease after having work done on my vehicle. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable (a straight up CAR DOCTOR), and genuinely kind, this is the mechanic to go to. This was the first time I’ve ever gone to a mechanic and truly felt listened to, respected, and taken care of instead of pressured into unnecessary repairs. Do yourself a favor and bring your car to them.

These guys are the best! Early this morning I brought them my car with a tire that went flat, they looked at it right away, found the problem, fixed it in ten minutes, and charged me less than half of what the dealer charged for a flat tire this past spring after keeping my car for two days. Will definitely be bringing my car to them from now on.
